A wonderful coworker of mine was promoted to Supervisor the same day I was. She is one totally awesome woman, and one of the people I look up to for great customer service.
Her team has been receiving calls from a perv for the last few days. Apparently, he'll call in, raving about our diapers, then ask one of the ladies if they'd like to help him take them off. Lovely, eh?
Well, she came to my desk today. She said, "The pervert called again."
I said, "Really?"
She said, "Yeah: we got him off real quick, though."
Me - wide eyed stare.
Then what she said hit her.
"The PHONE! We got him off the PHONE!"
So she's standing next to my desk, and we are both overcome by long, loud fits of laughter. She goes to tell her former supervisor: I finally calm down until I hear THEM laughing from the back of the building. So the laughter started all over again.
It was a very good day.
