QA was busy last month. I didn't have much time to do anything, cause we were preparing for our vacation! Yes, I actually took a vacation. With the family. Amazing.

Now, if I could just get these CSR's to call their customers back, I'd be real happy. That's the only escalation I despise doing. They should know that if I hear them say that they will call the customer back, the first thing I'm going to do is LOOK FOR A CALLBACK. They have too many tools at their disposal for this to be a difficult thing to remember. I just can't understand it at all.

Christmas season this year has been easier to bear. I've been letting the real reason for the season go to the back of my mind. Sure, I miss my grandparents and my family. It upsets me not being included in any "reindeer games" at work. But I have so much more than that. Just thinking of the sacrifice God made for me is helping me get through the tough times. Plus, I'm keeping busy at work and concentrating on my husband and kids. So far, so good.
